Sharing your form

Distribute your form with a hosted link, a QR code, a website embed, or a button in your own emails.

Sharing your form

Once your form is published, share it however suits your audience. You'll find every option under the Configuration tab in the Distribution section.

A form only collects responses once it's published. Share the link any time, but responses start flowing after you publish.

Every form has its own hosted page on UserHero. Copy the link and share it anywhere — in a chat message, a social post, a help article, or a support reply. Anyone who opens it sees your form, styled the way you set it up in the Appearance tab.

QR code

Generate a QR code for the hosted link and download it as an image. Use it on printed material, packaging, posters, receipts, or a slide — anywhere someone can scan with their phone to open the form.

Website embed

To show the form directly on your own website, copy the embed snippet and paste it into your site where you want the form to appear. The form renders inline on the page, so visitors never leave your site to respond.

Paste the snippet into the page's HTML at the spot you want the form to show.

Email button

You can add the form to your own emails. Because email apps block interactive forms, this gives you a button that opens the hosted form in the browser when someone clicks it.

Choose Get email snippet, copy the HTML, and paste it into your own email tool.

UserHero never sends the email for you. It only generates the button markup — you paste it into your own email tool and send from there. Responses are submitted on the hosted page, not from inside the email.
