Reading results

Read per-question summaries, NPS and CSAT scores, and export your form responses to CSV.

Reading results

Open a form and go to the Results tab to see how people are responding. Pick a date range at the top — last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or all time — to focus the view.

Summary

The cards at the top give you the headline numbers:

  • Responses — how many responses came in over the selected range.
  • NPS or CSAT — if the form has a scoring question, its score is shown here. Otherwise you'll see how many responses were identified.
  • Identified — the share of responses linked to a known customer, with the identified and anonymous counts.
  • Questions — how many questions the form has.

Per-question summaries

Below the summary, each question gets its own card, with the visualization that fits its type and the number of people who answered it:

  • Choice questions (single choice, multiple choice, dropdown) — a breakdown of how often each option was chosen.
  • Rating and number questions — the distribution of scores plus the average.
  • Open text questions (short and long text) — a list of the most recent answers, in respondents' own words.

NPS and CSAT scores

When a question uses the NPS preset, its card shows the Net Promoter Score along with the split of promoters, passives, and detractors.

When a question uses the CSAT preset, its card shows the average satisfaction score on its scale, plus the share of top ratings.

If a form has more than one scoring question, the headline card uses the first NPS question (or the first CSAT question if there's no NPS).

Exporting responses

Choose Export CSV to download the responses for the selected date range. The file includes one row per response with the submission time, whether the response was identified, where it came from, and each question's answer — ready to open in a spreadsheet or share with your team.

Every response also lands in your inbox as a feedback item, so you can read, reply to, tag, and route individual responses there just like any other feedback.
