Downgrades
If a workspace downgrades below Pro, the portal stops loading for that workspace's projects immediately and customers see a clean "support is temporarily unavailable" message rather than an error. Re-enabling the plan restores it without any reconfiguration.
Upgrading mid-trial
You can flip the toggle on as soon as your plan changes — no redeploy required on your side. The next page load picks up the new gate.
