Global Search
Search across feedback and customers from anywhere in the dashboard
Global Search
Global Search lets you find feedback and customers instantly without leaving your current page. It searches across all projects in your workspace.
Opening Global Search
There are two ways to open it:
- Press
/anywhere in the dashboard (when you are not typing in a text field) - Click the search icon in the top navigation bar
Searching
Type at least 3 characters to start a search. Results appear in two groups:
| Group | What it searches |
|---|---|
| Feedback | Message content, ticket numbers, submitter name, and email |
| Customers | Name and email address |
Feedback results show the ticket number, a preview of the message, the submitter, and how long ago it was submitted.
Quick Navigation
When the search bar is empty, a Quick Navigation panel appears with shortcuts to:
- Overview
- Feedback Inbox
- Customers
- Projects
- Analytics
Select any item to jump there directly.
Keyboard Shortcuts

Opening a Result
- Feedback — opens the feedback detail panel directly on the Feedback Inbox page
- Customers — opens the customer profile page
- Quick Nav — navigates to that section of the dashboard
