Dashboard Overview
Navigate the UserHero dashboard and manage your feedback
Dashboard Overview
The UserHero dashboard is your central hub for managing feedback, configuring widgets, and analyzing user insights.
Navigation
The dashboard is organized into these main sections:

| Projects | Manage your apps and domains |
| Widgets | Configure feedback widgets |
| Integrations | Connect Slack, email, webhooks |

| Billing | Subscription and usage |
Overview Page
The overview page shows:
- Feedback count for the current period
- Recent feedback list
- Quick stats (new, in progress, resolved)
- Trend charts (if available on your plan)
Workspace Switcher
If you have multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner to switch between them. Each workspace has its own:
- Projects and widgets
- Team members
- Billing and usage limits
Quick Actions
From any page, you can:
- ⌘K / Ctrl+K: Open command palette for quick navigation
- Create Project: Add a new project from the header
- Create Widget: Add a widget to an existing project
Real-Time Updates
The dashboard updates in real-time. When new feedback arrives:
- The feedback counter increments
- New items appear at the top of the inbox
- You'll see a notification if enabled
Mobile Access
The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. Access it from any browser to review and manage feedback on the go.
